What This Policy Does Not Cover

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we process solely on behalf of business customers under separate enterprise or API agreements (if offered), or to employment-related information. If you access the Service through a third-party product, login, or integration, that third party's privacy policy may also apply to information they collect.

1. About Ari

Ari provides a productivity-focused AI agent that helps users manage tasks, workflows, and information through conversational interfaces and integrations with other productivity and business applications. The Service is delivered through our web platform and may use third-party infrastructure and AI model providers to operate.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We ask that you avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in your prompts and inputs. However, we cannot control what you choose to submit.

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, and from third parties (such as authentication providers and integration partners). The categories below describe the types of information we may collect depending on how you use the Service.

Account Data

Name, email address, workspace or company name (if provided), account credentials, and authentication identifiers. If you sign in through a third-party provider, we may receive profile or identifier information according to your settings and that provider's terms.

Payment Data

If you purchase paid features, payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive limited billing status, transaction identifiers, and subscription metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers unless explicitly stated at the time of collection.

Communication Data

Information you provide when you contact us (for example, via support@ariagent.app), including your name, email address, and message content.

User Content

Messages, prompts, files, and other materials you submit to the Service ("Input"), as well as the responses generated by the Service ("Output"). If you include personal information in your Input, it may be processed to generate Output and may appear in logs we maintain for security, operations, and improvement purposes.

Feedback and Ratings

Information you provide when you rate the Service, submit feedback, or report issues, along with related session metadata.

Technical and Usage Data

IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP address, pages or screens viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and other usage and diagnostic information. We may use analytics tools and cookies or similar technologies to collect this data.

Integration Data

When you connect the Service to third-party applications (such as productivity, calendar, email, or task management tools), we may collect information necessary to enable and maintain those integrations, as authorized by you through the connection process.

Sensitive Information

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal data (such as health information, biometric data used for identification, or information about race, religion, or trade union membership). Please do not submit such information unless we explicitly request it for a specific, lawful purpose.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may aggregate, pseudonymize, or de-identify information so that it no longer identifies you, and use it for analytics, research, and product improvement. We will not attempt to re-identify such information except where permitted by law.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, operate our business, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the reason for processing. When you delete your account or specific content (where the product allows deletion), we will delete or anonymize the relevant information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and device access secure.
